Finished up a little project in the patio room this weekend…
More and more kids “using” the screen doors in the patio room… with the previous handle being so small, it was hard for them not to push the screen through. Hopefully these new, BIG, colorful handles will be well used.

Saturday we went to Carson’s preschool teacher’s house for a picnic… Thursday was his last day of preschool, Monday he starts in prekindergarten. So this was a graduation party of sorts. It was a perfect day for hanging around outside, very mild with a nice breeze. Sunday I mowed, cleaned out under Carson’s playset and laid in some recycled tire mulch… it looks pretty good. Some day we might put it under the swings and stuff too, it’s pretty soft to land on. Finally in the evening I put up the last shelf I had on hand in the garage. So I have done the lights in there, made space on the walls to hang stuff, and now I’m utilizing overhead space as well. Here’s a couple pictures going along with the above stories.

I started a new photo album called Home Improvements… I put the Swingset, the bathroom tile, and now the kitchen lighting projects in there. Here’s the Kitchen before:
